Overview
This Kreature is designed to spray a sticky, corrosive liquid from the fontanellar gun on its tail, which immobilizes its prey and wears down its defenses. It will then chew its victim apart with its enormous jaws to its leisure. It will produce a milder version of this goop to create a foul-tasting foam in which to lay its eggs. An array of venomous spines on its carapace protect it from attacks from above; however, its underside is relatively vulnerable.
There’s quite a few things I like about Gushtael. While it’s body is clearly scorpion-based it has four limbs instead of eight, instead of the traditional stinger it has a fontanellar gun, and finally the cyloptic eye along with the jaws filled with large sharp teeth.
